The London Mayor is called Boris Johnson.

It has a population of 8,278,251 inhabitants.

It has 32 districts and many monuments such as Big Ben, Tower Bridge, the London Eye, Royal Museums.

Places that you know well: Buckingham Palace and the National Gallery.

It also has many road transports,rail and air transports.

People who live in London are called Londonians. London neighborhoods are famous : Bloomsbery, Mayfair, White Chapel, the City and the new financial district called the Isle of Dogs.

Their favorite music is pop rock.

The tower of London

The tower of London is a historic fortress located on the north side of the Thames in London in England. Its construction began towards the end of the year 1066 in the framework of the Norman style. The White Tower which gave its name to the whole, was buit by William the Conqueror in 1078. It was considered as a symbol of the oppression inflicted by a London leading class. The castle was used as a prison, although this is not its primary role. The tower served as an armory, treasury and it received the royal menagerie, royal mint and the public archive houses of the British crown jewels. Despite its lingering reputation as a place of torture and death, only seven people were excuted in the tower before the 20^th century. The execution was generally carried on Tower Hill. Lady Jane Grey was executed on February 12,1554. Marie I imprisoned her sister Elizabeth, the future Elizabeth I in the tower. Henrie VIII had two of his wives executed .

We traced the King Charles Spaniel in documents dating from the sixteenth century. Its history is undoubtedly linked to royalty, as is that of other dwarf English spaniel.
it is very cute, it has 4 shades of fur, for example: 

Black and Tan (black and red)
Tricolor (black, white & red)
Ruby (red dress)

The breed was so successful that it is said to protect from evil. The Toy Spaniel Club was founded in 1886 to establish a number of principles and officially recognized King Charles. It was also decided that his name would be different depending on its color.

CIRCUS

The circus in England

The circus was born in 1770 in London, England.

This is Philip Astley, (1742-1814) who had the idea of organizing a horse show on a round track.

When you went to the circus, it was to see horses and equestrian acrobatics.

In 1830 they began to add to horse show other animals (like lions) on the track.

They invented aerial acrobatics on the trapeze .

In the first circuses, the program included therefore special shows.

The training of wild animals, especially lions, gradually completed the show, and it became increasingly more varied.

It then passed from a refined form of circus to a more popular form.
