MICHAEL COLLINS

He was born on the16th of October 1890.

He died on the 22^nd of August 1922.

Michael was 7 years old when his father disappeared.

His mom sent him to a British place.

Michael was 15 years old and stayed there for 10 more years

Michael was chosen for the president election in December 1918 .

He earnt a lot of money, he earnt 10, 000 pounds

The Dail Eirean continued to exist .

They do have a statue of their former president after his death.

Common citizenship was maintained between Great Britain and the Free State.

Towards the middle of 1922, Michael Collins abandoned his responsibilities in the government and became the commander of the national army. During one of his military campaigns, in August 1922, Collins had to move to his county and was suddenly attacked. It was a trap and he was assassinated.
